Tom Maloni, born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA, and a graduate of North Hills High School, founded this initiative after serving in the United States Air Force as a fighter jet mechanic. Traveling across Italy, New Mexico, Arizona, and beyond, he witnessed the need for charitable efforts and decided to take action upon returning home.
